Where are you based?

On the south-east London/Kent borders. We tend to work across London and the home counties, most often in Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Essex and central London.

What do you charge?

Our fees are tailored specifically to a brief and budget, but as a guide we charge around 10-15% of the budget for Bespoke Planning & Design and our clients typically have wedding budgets upwards of £30k. We have a minimum fee of £3000 for our Bespoke service.

Do you travel?

Indeed we do. Our supplier knowledge is best across the south-east of England but we will happily take our design and styling services further afield.

Do you do events other than weddings?

Oh yes. A wedding is essentially a big old party, so if you have a special occasion or large event to plan for which you would like creative and professional support then do get in touch. Our fee structure is the same as for weddings.

Are you qualified?

Wedding planning qualifications are not recognised by an official body in the UK, but Sama trained with the brilliant UK Alliance of Wedding Planners and we adhere to their Code of Business Practice. We have Public Liability Insurance to the sum of £1,000,000.

Do you offer work experience or internship placements?

One of the benefits of working from home is that we are not confined to regular office hours. What this does mean, however, is that we are currently unable to offer work experience or internship placements. However, we do occasionally require wedding day assistants for dates throughout the year. If you would like to be considered please send through a copy of your CV with a cracking covering letter.
